The farm is located in Costa Rica (Central America), in the Province of Guanacaste, near the city of Tilaran, at about 2.900 feet above sea level. It is located at 2.5 miles South from Arenal Lake and 40 miles West form Arenal Volcano which has been active for more than 40 years.
TOTAL AREA: 235 acres. A third part of the farm (about 75 acres) include a never cut rain forest that hosts a large diversity of flora and fauna. The remaining 160 acres are pastures now used to raise cattle.The farm has many different sites with magnificent views over the Arenal Lake and the Guanacaste plains. During the Alician Winds season, the rain forest protects some parts of the farm from the wind. This could be a key factor in selecting building sites.
